CLTRE House, a joint venture between Vertical Pacific Development and local non-profit partner, CLTRE, represents a catalytic development for Del Paso Boulevard. The project will bring a ground-up, new construction, transit-oriented, 3-story, 53-unit workforce housing project to the corridor.

Located directly across the street from the Blue Line light rail station into Downtown, CLTRE House is designed as a hub for Sacramento’s workforce-seeking to bring high-quality, affordable living and community spaces to the neighborhood.
