12E Apartments will bring 130 attainable housing units to the multifamily market in the Mansion Flats neighborhood. VPI is providing Civil Engineering services for Entitlements through the Construction Phase of the projects. The project broke ground in July 2025 and is estimated to be complete in Q3 of 2026.
