Heartland Community Center expansion added a 2,700 sq. ft. office space and a 600 sq. ft. atrium to the existing community building in North Sacramento. The adjacent 30,000 sq .ft. parking lot was repaved and restriped and additional ADA walkways were constructed around the site. Vertical Pacific is providing the site design for the adjacent parking lot, landscaping upgrades and new wet utility services.
