Twin Rivers Unified School District is proposing 115+ housing units for current and future employees, addressing a critical need for teacher and staff housing. The development comprises 4-plexes, 6-plexes, single family homes and townhomes and utilizes Sacramento’s Missing Middle Housing initiatives along with new State legislation such as AB 130. VP Civil is providing civil engineering services across all phases of the project, including entitlements, design development, bidding, permitting, and construction support. Groundbreaking is anticipated in 2026.
